Services Overview

Luxury Rydes provides premium SUV-based airport transfers and chauffeur-driven rides in Delhi, India. Our fleet includes:

  • Toyota Innova Crysta

  • Toyota Innova Hycross

  • Toyota Fortuner

All rides are pre-booked and intended for lawful transportation only.

User Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

 

App Access & Account Management

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our app, website (luxuryrydes.com), or official customer support.

  • Pricing is displayed before payment and confirmed at checkout.

  • Payments are processed through secure, integrated methods within the app.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refund: If cancelled 24 hours or more before pickup

  • No refund: If cancelled within 24 hours of pickup

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Harass, threaten, or harm chauffeurs or other passengers

  • Damage or deface vehicles

  • Upload malicious software or code

Safety & Compliance

  • Chauffeurs strictly follow traffic laws and safety protocols

  • Seat belts are mandatory for all passengers

  • Transporting prohibited items (e.g., explosives, drugs) is strictly forbidden

Location Services

We may request access to your device’s location to:

  • Ensure accurate pickup and drop-off

  • Enable real-time trip tracking

You may disable location access, but this may limit certain features.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxury Rydes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our app and website are owned by Luxury Rydes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India.
